Dynamics 365 partner in Kenya that builds the compliance layer itself.
We implement Dynamics 365 Business Central and Finance & Operations in Kenya, and we ship what the standard product leaves out: KRA eTIMS submission, PAYE, NSSF, SHIF and Housing Levy payroll, grants and procurement. Products, not billable hours.
Three problems Kenyan finance teams bring us.
Submission inside posting, credit notes linked to the original, offline receipts, and a submission report instead of a spreadsheet.
eTIMS and Business Central → Statutory payroll PAYE, NSSF, SHIF and the Housing Levy, kept current.Payroll that posts to the ledger by dimension and produces bank files, remittances and returns, without a rates spreadsheet.
Kenya payroll on Dynamics 365 → Donor reporting One ledger, a report per funder.Grants, budgets and procurement controls that carry the funder's view, without re-keying into a report per donor.
NGOs and donor-funded organisations →A consultancy that also builds the software.
Most Kenyan partners implement Business Central and bolt on third-party tools for tax and payroll. We publish the products, so the person who configures your system is the person who built the compliance layer.
Everything for Kenya →Compliance inside the ledger.
An invoice KRA has not accepted does not become a ledger fact. Payroll liabilities reconcile to remittances. Controls are enforced by the system, not by a policy document.
One accountable partner.
Discover, Design, Deploy, Support under one team in Nairobi, with the Client Portal for tickets, tiers and release notes after go-live.
Built to grow past Kenya.
The same ledger runs multi-entity, multi-currency groups across East Africa and beyond, with a connector per tax authority rather than a new project per country.

Can Dynamics 365 submit invoices to KRA eTIMS?
Yes. DigiTaxFlow 365 submits invoices from inside posting on Business Central or Finance & Operations, so a document the authority has not accepted does not become a ledger fact. Credit and debit notes link to the original, and receipts queue offline and send on reconnect. Thresholds, exemptions and phase dates belong to KRA, and we read them with you before a connector is switched on.
Does Business Central handle Kenyan payroll: PAYE, NSSF, SHIF and the Housing Levy?
Business Central does not ship Kenyan statutory payroll. PayrollFlow 365 is our payroll for Kenya, Nigeria and South Africa on Business Central or Finance & Operations. It calculates PAYE, statutory deductions and reliefs, posts to the ledger by dimension, and produces payslips, bank files, remittances and returns.
Business Central or Finance & Operations for a Kenyan organisation?
Most Kenyan organisations up to a few hundred users and a handful of entities are well served by Business Central. Finance & Operations fits groups with many entities, heavy intercompany activity, complex manufacturing, or regulatory reporting that has outgrown a mid-market system. Entity count, integration load and reporting needs decide, not headcount.
How long does an implementation take?
It depends on scope, data quality and how many entities go live together. We scope in phases and give you a plan in the first discovery workshop rather than a number before we understand the work.
Do you work outside Nairobi?
Yes. Delivery is remote-first with on-site workshops at key milestones, for organisations in Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu and across East Africa.
Which Kenyan sectors do you work in?
Financial services including SACCOs, non-profit and development, retail and FMCG, food and beverage, logistics and distribution, manufacturing, and state corporations. Our client list on this page shows where we have run Dynamics 365.
